East coast

Well I made it to the east coast a 4.5 hour flight to Baltimore and another 40 min taxi to the Hunt Valley where the conference is. Everything here is totally different very green & lots of trees unlike California and Arizona brown and cactus, also lots of very old buildings as this is one of the original cities of the United States. The hotel is huge with a massive conference centre attached when I arrived yesterday a high school prom was starting so about 20 limos lined up dropping off the students. Today I am going to catch the train back into the city to have a look around my part of the conference starts tomorrow today is the department of defence day which you have to be a US citizen, pity would be interesting the main focus is WMD(weapons of mass destruction!). Thanks for the comments it's nice to see that people are reading this and to have some communication with the other side of the globe hopefully will post some photos tomorrow. Scott

Hi love yes we certainly interested to hear all your news and hope you enjoy your conference. Im sure you will weed out heaps to bring home.
Nice that you are seeing so much of that vast country.
Dad says hi and hopes you enjoying your time there even though you are probably ready to come home now to N.Z. Not long till your big brother and his family arrive - they arrive on the 17th June. Craig said he tried to phone you but got no answer. Weather here has been awesome but gets really cool about 4pm so of course the fire gets lit and soon warms the house.
Off to yoga tonight - Dad will be plodding with Plodders.
Have booked our tickets to We Will Rock You for November 10th. We are going to the matinee with Brian and Barb and then out for a meal and stay the night somewhere in city appartments. Cant wait for that but until then we await your return and then the next couple of days the singapore lot.
Luv Mum and Dad.xxxxxxxxxxxxx
ps Looking forward to the pics, you are doing really well with it.
